Commercial prospecting by email (B2B)
Controller
Yunt: Yanis Elmaleh, sole trader, SIRET 83900403300024, 6 rue d'Armaillé, 75017 Paris. Contact: contact@yunt.fr.
Purpose
We send commercial prospecting emails to professionals. They offer Yunt services (creation and redesign of websites, performance, technical SEO, accessibility, maintenance) related to the recipient's professional activity.
People concerned
Professionals (companies, sole traders, liberal professions, merchants, craftspeople) whose email address is published in a professional context. We do not prospect individuals.
Data processed
- name and role, when they appear on the source;
- company name;
- professional email address;
- address (URL) of the public page where the email was read;
- history of sends and replies received;
- objection status.
We do not process any sensitive data.
Source of the data
Public pages of a professional nature: the company’s website, directories and professional platforms that are publicly accessible. We never use a platform that prohibits commercial prospecting. We never use a guessed or reconstructed address: each address is read as published on a public page, whose URL is kept and given to you in the first message.
Legal basis
Yunt’s legitimate interest (GDPR article 6.1.f). That interest is to make its services known to professionals who may need them. We write without prior consent only to professionals, and only about a matter related to their profession, in line with article L.34-5 of the French Postal and Electronic Communications Code as interpreted by the CNIL.
Recipients
The data is intended for Yunt only. It is not sold, rented or transferred.
Processors
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, United States): sending emails and receiving replies.
- Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States): hosting of the yunt.fr website.
- OVH: mailbox contact@yunt.fr, which receives your replies and requests.
- Slack: internal notification of replies received.
- Cursor / Grok Bot agent platform: hosting of the prospecting database and execution of the tools that prepare and check the sends.
- Provider of the artificial-intelligence model used by this platform: processing of the record data to prepare and check the messages.
Transfers outside the European Union
Resend and Vercel are established in the United States. Transfers to Resend are framed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses (decision 2021/914), provided for in its data processing agreement. Resend and Vercel also state that they adhere to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Open and click tracking
None. Open tracking (pixel) and click tracking are disabled on our sends.
Retention periods
- Prospect with no reply or no follow-up: 3 years from collection of the address or from the last contact coming from you (for example a reply). At the end of that period, the data is deleted.
- Objection list: 3 years from the date of your objection. At expiry, the entry is reviewed. It is never deleted automatically.
Your rights
You have a right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing. You may also object at any time, without giving a reason and free of charge, to prospecting (GDPR article 21).
How to object
You may reply “STOP” to one of our emails, or write to stop@reply.yunt.fr.
Effect: your address is added to our objection list and you no longer receive any prospecting message from Yunt. At Yunt, this list keeps your address as a fingerprint (SHA-256 hash), with the date, origin and reason for the objection. Your address is also added to the block list of our sending provider (Resend), so that no send can go to it. This list is used only to honour your objection.
To exercise your other rights, write to contact@yunt.fr.
Automated decision
The selection of companies contacted and the check of messages before sending rely in part on automated criteria. No decision producing legal effects concerning you or significantly affecting you is taken on that basis (GDPR article 22 does not apply).
Complaint
You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability: write to contact@yunt.fr. How to object to email prospecting is described in Commercial prospecting by email (B2B). You may also contact the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
